We can now offer evening classes as well as our full-day courses in bread making. The new classes will be held in the picturesque village of Little Wenlock. The evening course will begin in September 2015 giving participants the chance to learn bread making in a three-hour session. The village hall has a fully equipped catering kitchen with two large ovens and plenty of space for us to prepare and bake at least two loaves each during the evening. These breads can be shaped as loaves, rolls, fougasse, focaccia – the choice is yours. We will also make a soda bread or some flatbreads. There will, of course, be time for a cup of tea and a slice of my homemade cake.
I am very much looking forward to running these new courses and hope that you can join me for either a full-day of baking in South Shropshire or a shorter evening of bread making in Telford very soon.
