What to expect from the Easter Breads online course

You will love this course if you are already a keen bread maker and would like to learn new recipes and techniques. I show you different ways to flavour and shape your breads.

This course shows you how to make:

Easter breads
  • Hot Cross Buns,
  • Greek Tsoureki,
  • Slovenian Potica (aka Walnut Roll),
  • Babka (Chocolate Twist), and a
  • Wild Garlic Pull Apart Loaf.

All of these Easter Breads are easily adapted and are not just for Easter. A hot cross bun without the cross becomes a teacake. The garlic butter in the wild garlic pull apart loaf can be replaced with pesto or olive tapenade to ring the changes.

You also get a workbook with all of the recipes included that you can download and print off ready for use in the kitchen.

All of the videos in our online courses have subtitles which makes them suitable for watching with the sound turned off.
