One of the students from our last full-day course has sent me a picture of the breads he has been baking at home. They look absolutely delicious. I would start with a chunk of focaccia and definitely end with one (or two) of the Shropshire butter buns.

We had our first evening class at Little Wenlock Village Hall last night and it was a great success. We managed to make plenty of different breads in the three hours and the facilities proved to be fantastic. We started with a white bread dough, from which we made white loaves, pizza, fougasse and focaccia.
