We collect information when you contact us to book a course or other service/product. We collect this data through our booking form, emails and when your subscribe to our newsletter. We use this information to process your order, make sure our course is tailored to you and to keep you informed of news and our services. We also collect data when you make a purchase from our shop, this includes your name, postal address, email address and phone number so that we can ship your order and keep you updated on your order status. When you make a purchase on this site your data is shared with the payment gateway that you choose, Stripe or Paypal. They will collect the relevant details needed for the payment. Both Stripe and Paypal are PCI compliant.
We use your information for our own purposes, as described above. We will not share your data with any third parties unless it is legally necessary to do so.
You may request information about the data we hold about you by contacting Kath. You may ask us to delete any data we hold about you after you have attended your course or received the product/ service that we offer by contacting us. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each newsletter.

This website asks you whether you accept the collection of cookies and similar technologies. Cookies are text files placed on your computer to collect standard internet log information and visitor behaviour information. Some of these are held temporarily whilst you are visiting and some are held longer term. This information is used to improve the functionality of the website, track visitor use of the website, to compile statistical reports on website activity, track items placed in the shopping basket, track whether you have visited the website previously and whether you have subscribed to my newsletter. Some of the cookies are shared with the third party organisations that are providing the service within my website.
