Our Pastry and scones course is suitable for beginners and will help you tackle the fundamental skills for making delicious puff and shortcrust pastry and the lightest scones.

What to expect from your day
Our pastry and scones course will help you to make the best puff-pastry you have ever eaten and shortcrust pastry which we use to make pies or tarts to take home. We also make delicious fruit and wholemeal scones. This course is suitable for beginners. (You will take the puff pastry home to freeze to use at your convenience).
It is a full day course so we start with a cup of tea/ coffee and cake and enjoy a homemade lunch. You take home all of your goodies and a recipe/ advice booklet.
