We are looking forward to welcoming you to Veg Patch Kitchen. Please read all of the terms and conditions below before you book your course. When you book your course you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to courses booked directly through Veg Patch Kitchen.
We run our courses in a kitchen, which means that there can be the usual risks of hot ovens, knives to cut yourself on and things to trip over. Whilst we will do our best to limit any risk of injury you also have to be responsible for your own safety whilst you are with us. Please wear clothes that are suitable for the activity and that you don’t mind getting a bit of flour or dough on. We will provide you with an apron but these do not cover your clothes entirely. Please wear sensible low heeled shoes that have covered toes.
Once you have made your booking and we have confirmed it, the booking is not transferable to another date. You can transfer the booking to another person, but please let us know their name and contact details.
A cancellation fee of £25.00 will apply if you cancel up to one week before the course commences. If you cancel in the 7 days leading up to the course a cancellation fee of the full amount will apply.
We reserve the right to cancel the course at any time. We will do this only in exceptional circumstances. For example, heavy snow in winter might make the local roads unpassable. We will refund you in full or offer an alternative date that suits you.
We book on a first-come-first-served basis upon receipt of payment.
We will send you a confirmation email of your booking when we have received payment.
The course details given on this website may be subject to slight variation.
We cannot accept bookings from people under 18 unless they are accompanied by a responsible adult and with the consent of their parent or legal guardian.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable. You can transfer your voucher to someone else.
Please tell us about any food allergies that you have.
Please let us know about any disabilities you have. We run our courses from buildings that do no have full disabled access so we may not be able to meet your needs but we will do our best to accommodate you.
Terms and conditions relevant to Ironbridge courses:
The courses are run from Kath’s family home where there are children and dogs. We will keep the dogs under control, however we do want you to be aware that they will be free in the garden.
Our home is reached by a long steep drive which needs to be driven with care. Full driving directions will be provided on booking.
Terms and conditions relevant to the full-day course at Clunton:
Leena shares her house with her family and two dogs. We will keep the dogs in a separate room during the course but we do want you to be aware of their presence in the house.
Please be aware that Leena’s house is based in rural Shropshire. Her house is reached by a steep road and a private track. It is easily reached by most cars (the very low slung cars might struggle) but we do want you to be aware that we are a little off the beaten track. We will send you full details of how to get to us when you book.
